DOMS share price highlights:
DOMS Industries’ initial public offering (IPO) made a stellar debut on the stock exchanges today.
The stock was listed at ₹1,400 on both BSE and NSE, representing a rise of 77.21 per cent from the issue price. Later, the stock surged 79.30 per cent to ₹1,416.50 on the BSE. On NSE, it jumped 79.11 per cent to ₹1,415. The market valuation of the company stood at Rs 8,622.14 crore during morning deals.
The IPO of Domes Industries opened for subscription on 13 December and closed on 15 December. Its initial public offering (IPO) was subscribed 93.40 times on the last day of subscription.
The IPO of DOMS Industries was fully subscribed within hours of opening for bidding and ultimately ended the day with 5.71 times subscription. The company has raised ₹538 crore from anchor investors
The DOMS IPO had a fresh issue of up to ₹350 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹850 crore. The price range for the offer was ₹750-790 per share.
Domes Industries’ IPO was fully subscribed within hours of opening for bidding on Wednesday and finally ended the day with 5.71 times subscription.
The funds raised through the new issue will be used to set up a new manufacturing facility to expand the production capabilities of the company for writing instruments, watercolor pens, markers and highlighters as well as for general corporate purposes.
